One thing we’ve learned since launching Uniwriter is that everyone uses it a little differently. Some people log in occasionally to polish one essay a month. Others rely on it as a full-time study companion for multiple modules. Many of you value the marking and feedback tool, and we know we have a good following amongst lecturers now.
Until now, we only had a few subscription options. You told us that they worked OK for you, but they didn’t always fit everyone’s routine – especially users who write a lot, who are taking more than one module in the year, and who like to create multiple drafts for each assignment. The teachers amongst our user base also told us that the packages really aren’t sufficient for marking.
So, we’ve added new packages. They’re more flexible, more fairly balanced, and designed to suit every level of user – from the occasional essay helper to the academic power user. Here’s what we offer, and what’s new:
Our packages
Support package (£4.99/month)
For light users or anyone new to Uniwriter. maybe you just want to try the Advanced or Premium AI for a couple of short essays, or use a marking service now and then. Credits roll over, so there’s no rush to use them.
- Best for: early undergraduates, casual users, or those testing the premium end of our system before committing.
- Typical use: 2 x 2,500 words Advanced essays, or alternatively 1 x 2,500 word premium essay.
- Handy tip: you can add a grade guarantee for just 3 extra credits if you want that extra peace of mind. If the generated essay doesn’t make the grade, you’ll get a refund.

Smart study package (£8.99/month)
For regular students who write a few essays each term and occasionally need a Premium boost. it’s flexible enough to mix and match writing and marking credits without paying for things you won’t use.
- Best for: undergraduates balancing a range of coursework.
- Typical use: 1 × 2,500-word Premium essay, 1 × 2,500-word Advanced essay, and 1 × Marking service.
- Example: Holly uses this plan during term time – she writes with the advanced tool, upgrades to premium for major essays, and uses leftover credits for feedback.

Elite package (£12.99/month)
This is the one a lot of you choose – it’s our most popular package so far. It’s got a great discount built in, lots of credits and lots of freedom. Many of you will be able to comfortably cover your essays and marking, knowing your credits roll over if deadlines shift.
- Best for: students producing regular essays, especially those who also liked to get their final work marked before submission.
- Typical use: 2 × 3,000-word Premium essays, 2 × Marking services, and 3 × 2,500-word Advanced essays.
- Example: Courtney’s in her final year and writes around one essay a fortnight. She finds the elite plan gives her enough to create a draft, a final piece and get her work marked without ever worrying about running out.

Made for heavy users. you’re probably writing or marking at least a couple of longer essays a month and want a reliable system that can handle big workloads without manual top-ups.
- Best for: final-year students, postgrads, students doing more than one module, those who love drafting and redrafting, those who want to combine writing and feedback services on every assignment.
- Typical use: 5 × 3,000-word Premium essays, 6 × 2,500-word Advanced essays and 6 × Marking services.
- Example: Jodie uses this plan while finishing her dissertation. she switches between advanced drafts, premium rewrites, and marking for quality checks.

For students or professionals who write and redraft constantly – or tutors who help others with their work. the higher credit allowance gives you full freedom to use the tools however you like, with savings that make sense at volume.
- Best for: researchers, tutors, or users managing multiple ongoing projects.
- Typical use: 8 × 3,000-word Premium essays, 15 × 2,500-word Advanced essays and 10 × Marking services.
- Example: Sarah is a freelance writer – she uses this plan to create drafts which she then checks, rewrites and marks.

- Best for: tutors, academic teams, or anyone producing a large volume of content.
- Typical use: 12 × 3,000-word Premium essays, 20 × 2,500-word Advanced essays and 38 × Marking services.
- Example: Simon is a trainee teacher at a secondary school in Mansfield. He uses this plan to prepare examples, generate materials and mark all of his student essays all from one account.
